I would like to do a comprehensive reworking of this site at some future date, but too many other projects demand attention for that to be a realistic option for the forseeable future.

Five years. This website first came on-line five years ago this weekend. Unfortunately, it hasn't gotten the attention I'd like to give it for almost
the past two years. That's a result of things going in a completely different direction (in a good way) from where they seemed to be going five years ago.
Because of this, I just don't really have the time and energy to update this as often as I'd like, and some areas (the current politics, for example) are fairly out of date
since my own research now focuses on the 1920s and 1930s, the topic of my next book. And managing the oral history project and various other academic pursuits means
this site gets sadly neglected. I hope to do at least a few minor updates over the course of this month, and hopefully add a few photos.
Updated a few things: The Conference page and the Publication page.
Also updated the on-line version of my CV.
