A stack of sutras, the prayers read by the monks in a Buddhist monastery. Wrapped in silk to protect them, the texts themselves are in Tibetan, and block-printed. (In Mongolian, the term sudur (sutra) can refer to the physical text as well as the prayers or teachings.)
